Still struggling massively with insomnia problems. Having to wait until I see my psychologist again in order to gain potential medication for it - alongside having to go back onto my old antidepressants. Starting two things at once however sounds like it would take one to Side-effect City. Feel like a total zombie and having to rely on caffeine pills to maintain minimal functioning in the mornings, if I wake up at all.

I missed a pen in that last round of laundry. I had to send it through again with stain remover.

I'm sorry to hear about your insomnia. It stinks to not be able to sleep. I am on an anti depressant medication now that is making me feel much worse than before I started so I hear you about side effects.

This evening I had a sudden, horrible thought about something going on in my life currently that I now can't stop thinking about. If it actually turns out to be true I think I'll probably be more angry than I've ever been in my life. This, from the former teen who suffered rage-fits that burst blood vessels in the eyeballs.
God, I'm really hoping it's not true. I am hoping this is all actually a symptom of my state of mind right now and not something later on qualified with evidence. If it's the former, I really do need to get back onto my medication, ASAP.

Visiting the site where two men were killed in Portland on May 26th and wondering why hate will never go away.

Was too sore to really move around much and get the things done that I would have liked. Hopefully tomorrow.

sister asked me to pick her up from her boy toy's place, way up in the hills out in the middle of bum f*****g nowhere, a place where the houses are way out of the way from the main roads, and said roads are in conditions so sad, they would make russia blush.

made the mistake of following google map's GPS, it sent me through some frighteningly narrow residential roads/driveways, blind corners wherever and steep inclines/potholes galore. my dad's truck (NO WAY IN HELL i am tackling these unknown roads on my ancient camry) was already making funny sounds before, but i think the trip just exacerbated them.

i hightailed it and turned around as soon as i was about to hit a goat enclosure.

didn't help either that my sister gives the worst directions in the world.

Now, that is a nightmare of a driving experience!

I am having a growing feeling that everything is about to come to an end for me in a bad way. Even if somehow, things do return to some semblance of normal, it won't ever be as good as it was before I messed it all up.

Spotify pulled many, if not all, songs from one of my favourite bands.

Surely artists should be pleased that a new generation of fans is discovering their music through streaming, especially artists who had only fleeting commercial success to begin with. Some lot of not-well-known artists have had career resurgences due to this. It's selfish and screwing over fans who otherwise couldn't AFFORD to listen to their music. And note how many of these artists have no problem with their music videos being on Youtube/Vevo which generates not much more money per play. When artists say (stuff) like "Spotify is killing music", I hear "I want money but I'll happily give up that little bit more to make a fake statement".

I'm hoping this is just a glitch like when the Bee Gees mysteriously disappeared from streaming only to return 24 hours later (the joy!)

(Screw) you Spotify, (screw) you band in question (or their label, not too sure who's behind this).
