Yeah, a lot of drugs that seem frivolous come about this way.
Rogaine was discovered when hair growth was a side effect of a medication intended, I believe, for blood pressure.
Ditto for Viagra.

EDIT: I meant 'frivolous' as in vanity based. I get that hair loss and impotence are very, very important. :-p
But liek someone said, compared to things like diabetes, the actual medical benefits aren't a priority.

ohhh yep. ive seen those commercials, unbeliveable and the topics title really is great. :lol:
i guess theres a market for it? i wonder if any dudes will use the eyelash pill :lol:
