I was just like that an hour ago...

Keeping thinking I should I get up but I keep lulling back into semi-consciousness... I can hear my brain buzzing... or something buzzing, eyes sort of opening, then not... then daydreaming of random stuff... Then I try to wake myself again... and repeat. My head and body start to ache after a while of this though.

I've had long periods of time where I've been fearful of falling asleep. Waking up has been better. But when I drifted off to sleep I had felt the need to wake myself up, I wake with a jerk. I feel terrified. Because I'm falling asleep, and even if I don't mind sleeping it's like I suddenly think it is deadly. Also drifting off can be scary, because I sort of start dreaming almost and I realize I don't know where I am.

A few times I had sleep paralysis. Quite horrifying. For me it's the same feeling as when you dived in too deep and all you want to do is to break the water surface and it feels like ages before it comes. I try hard waking but I can't, I'm trapped between sleep and being awake. Finally I wake up properly. Whew!

Yep, it takes me about five times of "waking up" before I feel I can get out of bed.
