My mum was like that, but she's calmed down a lot now, luckily.

However, I do most of my net surfing on my iPhone these days anyway, though she does sometimes ask what I'm doing on it... I feel like shouting back "IT'S MY PHONE AND MY PRIVATE BUSINESS!"

Second of all, what's a navel play video, or should I ask?

Belly button fetish-related videos.

my mom always tries to see what's on my computer...one time she kept asking me what my very-obviously-a-christmas-tree background was...she was just scanning my desktop pictures.... honestly she's pretty stupid about it. she only comes in my room for a hug so she can look at my screen. she thinks i look at porn. i dont.....i just delete my web history because it's my business and a lot of it is about growing weed.

I don't like it when my mum tries to beat around the bush about stuff I wear that she doesn't like. An example:

Me: *goes to put on this one hat that I have*

Mum: Hey, you should wear this one instead!

Me: This one is fine. :D

Mum:...Or this one. This one is nice!

Me: But I like this hat. 8O What's wrong with it?

Mum: It's a little young for you.

Me:...It's just a hat.

Mum: Wear a different one.

Me: Why?

Mum: BECAUSE IT'S TOO YOUNG FOR YOU. Maybe the reason why people think you're slow at school is because of this hat!

Me:-Is too bewildered by my mum's generalizations of people who have MR wearing certain kinds of hats to say anything-

She does it about my hair, too. But she doesn't get that people STILL laugh at me at school and will do so regardless of what she does to my hair and wardrobe. Of course, the things that they say hurt a bit but I'm in high school now, the vast majority of kids in my school DO NOT CARE about the hats I wear, and if they bug me about then that's THEIR PROBLEM. I am no longer as vulnerable and alone as I was in middle school, I know she's just looking out for me and I appreciate the thought, but all she's doing is making me feel ugly all the time.

Nevermind the fact that hat's don't age, her assumptions about things and people 'looking ret*d' probably hurt people who are actually 'ret*d', and her saying that she would've bugged me about it when she was my age doesn't help at all.

And then she says that's what the real world is like...I know that's what the real world is like, I just want a place at home where all the crap that happens in the real world DOES NOT MATTER. :(

-Is sorry for the length of this, any parts that sound spoiled or emo, and the fact that it's not quite as lighthearted as other things in this thread-

I despise my family. My stepfather is a c**t and my mother is not right in the head.

A few days ago I saw this thread and looked up "navel play" to see if it really was what it sounds like. (It sounded like it might be a band, hurr..) I watched ONE video, and YouTube still won't stop recommending me bellybutton videos. Thanks. D:

PS be happy your fetish is so tame. There are sooo many worse things they could catch you watching..

Generally I don't, but now that i'm Aspi diagnosd I could do with an apology or apologies for some of the crap I've been through because of that diagnosis.

Growing up I had to admit to certain things that where not true, simply because my bodylangue is out of sync with my words. I don't mind, much, admitting things that are my fault, but I truly detest admitting things that aren't.
