-Wearing one's pants bellow the butt. (eew)
-High heals in jeans. The concepts don't match, just like "I want to be very thin by current standards" doesn't match with "I want a butt"! Plus, do they want to look comfortable or not? :?
-Pretending they debate with someone over the phone, outside of privacy. (like while in a store or your car) Oh, is someone supposed to be important there?
-The media and it's screwed up, extremely flawed view of female beauty.

The "Thin is in" fad has gone on, for far too long.

Voluptuous is in now. Haven't you noticed?

ALL fads seem kind of stupid and are annoying to me.

Guys walking around while holding their crotches. The level of stupidity behind this makes me think they never got over their brother/uncle/grandfather saying it'll fall off if they didn't hold it on.

Also, pretty much anything you see on MTV and VH1.

But for the current trend I despise, I'm gonna go with all the vampire crap. Twilight, Vampire Diaries, True Blood, Vampire Chronicles, Vampire Weekend. It's all too much, and most of it is crap.

Am I the only WP member
who likes Vampire Diaries
and True Blood?

The reasons I like True Blood
is because Anna Paquin is in it
and the show was created by
Alan Ball, the man who wrote American Beauty.

As for Twilight, most Twilight fans
can go screw themselves.
Twilight is nothing more than romantic drama nonsense.

At my school there's these things called silly bands, and whenever I ask them what the big deal is about these things are, their only answers are: "I don't know", "Because they're cool",and "Because everybody has them". Also there's this thing at my school called jerking (a dance move) and everybody acts like it's the most important thing on Earth... IT'S JUST A DANCE MOVE!! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !!

I agree, Twilight's "vampires" and their "werewolves" are highly overrated. I can't wait to see how Twilight screws up zombies and swamp creatures (sarcasm).

I see that a lot at my school. Some students even come to school in their pajama bottoms! I can't help but wonder if taking the time to make yourself look as trashy as possible has become a new fad.

Girls getting multiple colors weaved into their hair. That may look cool to them, but to me it just looks tacky.
