Luckily it's only the pain spreading from the said abscess a moment ago I finally managed to localize.

I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago. There was no way I could miss any classes (the only acceptable excuse for grad school is a missing limb), so I had to "tough it out", resulting in me still suffering from some mild symptoms of it now.

I am around my young nieces daily and am thus subject to the many lovely viral diseases they carry home from school. I have a cold at least once a month.

I have an infection in my knee, it hurts like hell when I go on my walks but it's managable. Other than that I generally get a cold once or twice a year, I've been disease-free for the most part of the last several years.

It's not funny if your back hurts, but I do find your choice of words funny.

Hah, yeah, I guess I should have clarified that too.

Oops, I didn't see your post, otherwise I wouldn't have posted the same thing (more or less). :)

CockneyRebel, I think it must be psychosomatic (or whatever the word is). You see, you love The Kinks so much, and you want them to be with you all the time, so now you have "kinks" in your back. I guess it's a good thing you are obsessed with The Kinks, and not, say....Anthrax.

Or the Monkees. Then you'd have a monkey on your back.

Mild migraine preceded by a really wicked aura this morning, I asked my boss to sneak me
a cup of straight black coffee out of the office. I also have a persistent leg ulcer because of
poor circulation and bad veins.

I think I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. Whatever it is, it's painful enough to disrupt my sleep...

Too bad doctors are for rich folks and people who live in civilized countries.
