I work the night shift, so it's right when I get home and any time afterwards. This is assuming that I don't make the mistake of drinking a cup of coffee or any caffeine in between.

When I'm unemployed, about 02:00. But since I've been been working graves, I try to be to sleep by 08:00. 09:00 at the latest.

Usually like 3 and 5am. I wish I went to bed at like 10pm.

biological clock seems to be set for 3-4am.

wondering how much of this is biological and how much of it is an aspie tendency to prefer night as quieter.

I fell asleep near 6am last night :coffee: I feel awful when I do that. I'm probably doing it again tonight, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, the bedtime for my wife and me has gotten later and later so that we now go to bed around dawn. Going to bed so late that it is early, is a problem when trying to interact with other people.

Depends on what I have to do the next day. It can be anywhere from 11pm to 2-3am.

I don't go to sleep; my mind passes out for exhaustion instead :( I don't have a sleep schedule but I've been going to bed around 5am ish; around daylight like a true vampire but I don't really have a schedule & I tend to go to bed when I feel tired & don't have something to do

Oh good. I'm not the only nocturnal person. I go to sleep from like 6-10 AM. Night and early morning are nice. Nobody bothers me at night and I just love early morning air. Plus it's soooo hot during the day.

10:00 PM, unless there's a reason I can't. I wake up around 5:30 or 6 AM every day, regardless of when I went to sleep. If I keep myself up too late for a couple nights in a row, I get irritable and unproductive the next day, since I can't sleep past (basically sunrise).
