No, the Nortwest seems devoid of an accent. tsk tsk tsk. It's ok, though, I don't have one either since I was raised military.

Oh, i forgot to mention, the native americans have their own accents, and there's the amish accent too, not to mention alot of the alaskans have russian accents since they have alot of russian immigrants and communities, and i think california has one though i'm not sure what to call it really, and then texan accent is a bit distinct from other southern accents, etc. etc.
and my dad was in the military too
He worked on submarines and was away alot when i was a kid.
