Ok, some really hyper super healthy ... and totally delicious foods:
Fresh wild salmon steak and/or smoked trout, with organic scrambled eggs, ( in organic butter ), and lemon and fresh dill
Grass-fed beef with plenty of fat on it, gherkin, chopped parsley, and grilled tomato
Grilled/BBQ'd duck breast with all its fat, and chestnut puree and/or an acid-fruit sauce
Mussels, and other shellfish eaten with dollops of mayonnaise made with fresh organic free-range egg yolks, olive oil and cider vinegar/lemon juice
Lamb chops, with all the fat on, grilled till crispy, served on bed of really green lettuce, with fresh chopped coriander
Herring with lashings of fresh lemon juice
Tuna, olives, and tapenade/olive paste with fresh home-grown tomatoes
Pork chop with sweet ( lactofermented ) sauerkraut
Avocado-mush eaten as dip with carrot and cucumber sticks
Carrot and cabbage juice, a really good port or other red wine.
No starchy carbos ( eg. cereals ); they're not healthy!
