Funny but I can't stand how the americain accent pronounces Aspergers there is a P not a second S in the name its not ASSburger unless they deliberatly did that for effect.

No, they didn't do that for effect - that really is how we pronounce it with our accent. :oops:

Yeah, that's how it's pronounced here. It bothers me a lot, but I can't say it any other way.

I guess I'm alone here but I actually cringed watching that and found it slightly offensive. :?

Does anyone know if the actors in the film really have AS?

Would that make it less offensive for you if any actors in the skit were on the spectrum?

I just can't pronounce it any other way. It's kind of weird, I can pronounce words most people can't but this one eludes me.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone with AS was behind the camera directing this.
I sent it to my mom. I wonder what her response wil be.
