Yeah cell phones and constant texting. I don't have that many people who I need to be in instaneous contact with. More of the same with the social network sites.

Beauty products for men. I don't want to look pretty.

Even worse is the newer version which is basically black plastic sunglasses frames with nothing as lenses at all. The hell is the point? It just makes you look stupid.

I never noticed any of that. It does sound stupid, though.

Glasses with really thick rims irk me as well.

Actually, I think to them it's like a pet. Not a real human being, but just a big attention-getting pet. One that their friends will oooh and aaahh over, and buy accessories for.
I'd seen one gush over how their two-year old little girl has a 'boyfriend' and will dress her up in little 'diva' clothes, and it sickened me.

Another trend that I could see go, is the pressure on others by peers, to lose one's virginity. One of my friend's daughters teased her sister about her virginity, so this girl went and slept with her boyfriend. I would have bitten this teaser's fingers off, I was so incensed! :evil:

It's like this 'fad' is suposed to 'elevate' the person to some sort of 'incrowd status' once achieved, but all it does to me is make them look like sheep.

Torn Jeans- This is supposed to be popular, but it makes the people wearing them look like washed bums.

Crocs and Uggs. I don't care about the shoes, but I hate the names these things have. UUUuggs. Uuugs. Uuuuugggsss. Blech.
