W126/W140 chassis Mercedes S-Class
E38 BMW 7 Series
Lexus LS series, but not the 2010 LS600hL - it looks too much like a Ford
Porsche 911
Aston Martin, any model
Bentely Azure/Turbo R/Arnage, Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit

Ferraris, Lambos and supercars don't do it for me.

How is that a sensible car? There is way too much investment done in the headlight, taillight and multiple other aesthetic areas of the car to be truly "sensible". Circles and squares are much more sensible as they are easy to tool for than complex curves.

You're right. The adjective I was looking for really was "cheap."

"Hey, baby, check out my nice personality. And if that's not enough, wait'll you see my backseat. It's made of candy. Go on, step inside. No, no, don't worry about the child safety locks."

There's no excuse for me, I know. But I already typed it, so there it is.

Ferrari 430. I like driving them in Test Drive Unlimited, and i got to see a bunch of them back in 2009.

I would go for a Duesenberg or one of the similar cars of that era.

How do the car makers hypnotize us every time?

Every year when the new models come out we go "Wow! I wish I had one of those".

Then a few years later we look at the same car and go "Gee, that is ugly. Why did I ever think that was cool?'
