I'd travel back to a time when the earth was new just to smell the air and see the stars without the veil of pollution and earth-shine from the cities. The industrial revolution didn't start until the 18th century, but I'd want to go even further back.

One of my special interests is Neanderthals, so I'd like to find out which theories about them, if any, are actually true.

However, if it were possible, I'd probably go back to the 1950s-1960s. I'd meet people from those times and see if they really were totally different, when it comes to personalities and ways of life.

i am old enough to remember those times, and i can tell you that people back then only differed in that political incorrectness was more correct, and that there was much less technology for people to waste their time with. people still misbehaved and swore and fornicated and such, though not quite so blatantly as is the case today. in general, people don't really change noticeably, over that period of time [50 years]- to see a real difference you'd have to go back to the 1800s.

I'd travel back to the 90s during my childhood. I'd talk to the old me, telling her to cherish her innocent imagination, draw and write as much about her imagination as possible and never throw any of it away, and to avoid trying to become friends with a certain girl because it would lead to years of heartache. I would also try to get the old me diagnosed with AS much sooner than I actually was, because maybe I would have stayed in school and had been able to function better as a member of society if I had gotten the help I needed sooner.

If I could change things in my past I would go to rite after I was conceived & stop my mom from taking a med for nausea that was latter taken off the market because of suspension of causing non-specific birth defects(there was a court case & the courts ruled it didn't cause problems but company pulled it). I would give my mom something else instead because she had to be hospitalized 2wice for dehydration related to vomiting the entire pregnancy. I would get her to have a C-section because she was in labor with me for 3 days after water broke. I would then try to get my vision disorder identified before I start school instead of my senior year of high-school. Then get AS diagnosed(I couldn't get it diagnosed when I was tested rite before I was 21 because quacks thought my problems were related to my eyesight, dyslexia & bad childhood caused by that instead of AS).
If I could go to the future; I would go there 1st & come back with technology to help with my eyesight & I would also bring back meds to treat atopic dermatitis(skin allergies) & essential tremors because I had lots of problems as a kid & young teen from that & tremors make it harder for me to do things with fine motor-skills as an adult. I was destined to have a cr@ppy life before I was even born. If I could change that stuff I would have a fighting chance & I might not $#ck at life. Or maybe I would stop myself from being conceived because that would be a lot easier & things would be much better for my family if I never existed.

If I could go back multiple times; I would try to correct problems I had in a relationship 8 years ago, end things better, stop myself from getting in that relationship or meeting her; depending on what outcome would be best for her. If that means me not being with her; I would then go to a place where Miranda Cosgrove was at & try to talk to her. I would keep trying till I got a date or something or till I would see something about her that will make me unattracted or till the reality would kick in & I stop crushing on her.

If I could go back in time, I would have gone back to 2005 and told the 2005 me that my old cat would develop a lethal intestinal tumor in 2006, and get him checked over by the vet right away.

I would also go back in time to October 2004, and go right to my sister's apartment so I could prevent her from dying of a head trauma.

Then I would go back in time to early December and lock up my sheep at night to prevent the coywolf from killing two of them.

Lastly, I would go back to 1984, and have my mother not get into that car, so she wouldn't get into an accident and be crippled.

Mine is a slight variation on quesonrias' concept. I would like to travel to the Edwardian age, perhaps Southampton in 1912. Specifically the 10th of April, 1912.

I would travel to ancient times and teach people about the concept of hygiene and of bacteria. People back then had no idea how germs/infections happened (or the wrong idea like demon possession) and many lives would've been saved.

I would probably go back to Ancient Japan or China and live there. I don't know why but I have always been interested in Samuri and Ninjas and such. Even normal level warriors and strategies by the generals in these times were amazing.

Either that or I would go back to when Yugioh started as a card game and build all the best decks before anyone else figured it out and win a bunch :)

I would make sure Alexander the Great lives past his traditional death and unifies the entire world, and encourage the Greeks to keep developing their primitive steam technology into an early industrial revolution

I would go back to my time in the hospital with kids like me. It was easy and very structured.

I have a very creative new concept. If I was to travel back in time, I would encourage the professor at the Vienna Royal School of Art to accept Adolf Hitler as a pupil
