when i was younger and healthier, i got away with eating my favorite sausage, cheese and beef. my late father made some elk [mighta been deer] sausage when i was a little kid [1960s] and it was delicious- i have never tasted anything since then that was as spicily delicious. now that i am an old fart, my cholesterol levels won't let me eat anything other than veggie sausages, which are alright.

Mmmm...Pepperoni...the hotter the better!

I devoured two whole pepperoni sausages on my way home from shopping today...nice!

Kolbasa and real Jagerwurst/Landsjager. I also like real Sopresseta and good pepperoni, which are both actually Southern Italian styles of hot Salami

I like Polish kabanosy (plural for a kabanos) too. Btw, there is a band named Kabanos too.

I love Italian hot sausage with peppers in tomato sauce , then liverwurst and kielbasa.
