Europe because they have national health care & i hear they have better accommodation & assistance programs for disableds
The UK has the most centralised health care system in Europe - from my own experience, it's hit and miss. Great when it works but very often it doesn't. The staff are very variable - to extremely caring and good at their job, to decent, to mediocre, to arrogant to being the sort of people you wouldn't let near someone's pet dog, let alone vulnerable patients.
Challenge their bad behaviour though and you're treated like a heretic.
The main point is that there is NO plurality or 'opt-out' in the NHS - people who are well-off can pay for expensive private care, but you're paying twice if you do that. Private care is expensive but good if you can avail yourself of it.
Health care in Continental Europe is often considered superior and is less centralised but at least partially or wholly state funded. There is more of a choice.
It still sounds a hell of a lot better than the private health care I've had here in America. The docs don't give a rats-ass if you get better or not. They require pointless test so they can run up a tab & they push meds because they get kick-backs from the drug companies. They require you to sign paperwork before you even see em so they can not be held accountable for any f#*kups they cause with your care. They also severely misdiagnosed me. I was born borderline legally blind & the f#*cking quacks didn't even realize it till my senior year of high-school
