It's a Homestuck joke. That person in the picture is something called a troll. It's the name of his species.

37) Have an avatar of your child in a group called "Ban Kids From restaurants"
38) Disagree about kids should being seen but not heard in that group

41) Use cuss words in all of your posts.

42) Create fake profiles of other users online in which words are written by the "user" targeted that make statements offensive to them, have friends make puppet accounts to bait the targeted user into speaking against the offensive topic of which the fake profiles invalidly associate the targeted user, and then spring the libelous accounts upon them. If you do that, or are a part of that, then you are/were a troll.

43) You may be a troll if you point out other people's errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling at every opportunity.

44) You may be a troll if you persistently remind everyone of someone else's past trollish behavior when the person in question no longer behaves that way at all.

46) You post something that takes a lot of time and effort to read, and then get upset when people tell you so.

47) Posting dismissive, patronising responses to threads you can't be bothered to read instead of just moving on to another thread that does interest you.

There were a lot more than just one person involved in that trolling of me, including bloody freelancer trolls in addition to the primary ones.

49) attempt to use insinuation to accuse people on a site with people who have types of communication disorders.

Ha, that happened to me just yesterday. I wonder if the other party would recognise their behaviour as trollish.
