A few of my more "unconventional" favorites (I love chocolate, but it's fairly conventional):

Rice and corn in a bowl mixed with lots of melted butter.

Just about any kind of banana dessert (banana milk shakes and banana cream pies are among my favorites).

Whole wheat bread soaked with Paul Newman's Olive Oil and Vinegar salad dressing.

This is making me hungry...

Virtually anything flooded with Tabasco sauce....

I sometimes have a few crackers with Tabasco, or bagels soaked in it. Is that weird enough for you?

I panicked when I heard that Hurricane Katrina had destroyed the Tabasco plant and storage facilities in New Iberia, LA, and I raced out and bought a few gallons of it so as to have a stash while they rebuilt the plant someplace else.

Cups full of ice cubes. They don't have much in the way of taste, but the various 'crushing' sensations are tasty in a different way.

I sip 100% lemon juice.

The taste is exhilarating.

Dipping french fries in ice cream, tastes good and still freaks my brother out to this very day.

I like hamburgers stuffed with Frito's corn chips. Slices of bread slathered with sour cream. and like smooshing plain bread slices into balls to eat. and eating spaghetti sauce out if a jar with a spoon.

I never liked fortune cookies much until I started crumbling them over ice cream or other desserts.
Also, corn flakes are good with chili. I suppose that is not terribly adventurous, but they tend to be slightly lower in fat and sodium than tortilla chips, and with good chili the difference is negligible.
A local pizza establishment offers pizzas with sauce but no cheese, and also a variety of pizzas with cheese but no sauce. last week I had both and placed a slice of each against each other and imagined I had accomplished something.
