Why should I brush my teeth?

brushing your teeth is just such a chore, if you didn't have to do it everyday i wouldn't mind it. also i never see better results in my gums they always bleed no matter how many times i brush.

Have you tried adding toothpaste to the mix?

Seriously, though, there's a lot of reasons your toothbrushing is not working. Maybe you're using the wrong technique/toothpaste/mouthwash. How many times a day do you brush? Do you eat or drink stuff with lots of sugar in it?

It's when the pulp, the inner, soft tissue of a tooth, gets inflamed/infected from accidents or deep caries. The pressure inside the tooth gets immense and so does the pain. The tooth usually dies from this and has either to get a root canal (root filling) or just be extracted, if the inflammation has succeded out into the jawbone.

You can either be brushing too hard, grind your teeth in the sleep or suffer from gingivitis (gum flesh infection).

Thanks! I think that's what was going on with my tooth as the dentist showed me on the X-ray where the bone had been eaten away. I am looking after my teeth almost obsessively now!

It's 1:30 p.m. and I still neither brushed teeth nor ate today. But I have to go to my college today. We don't have classes until Thursday, but I need to find out a few things related to college.
I so wanna start eating, but should I brush my teeth now? I brushed them yesterday and before yesterday. I still don't understand why I need to brush them every day.

If you have good teeth, you don't, not for the sake of the teeth, anyway.

Today is the first day of my classes at college. I have to leave the house in probably less than 2 hours and take the bus to college. But I didn't shower yet and didn't brush my teeth and not sure I will do it. I promised Mom I would do it, but instead I am here, on the forum, writing about it.

7:15 a.m. now... My first class starts at 10:20 a.m...

And now, Saturday started. 2:08 a.m... I did some of my homewok...

Are your posts referring to when you brush your teeth, or are you marking the time past since the last time you did so?

Because I can't stand people with bad breath, that's why.

The teachers on my old school had to learn a lot, indeed.

I brush my teeth because it feels uncomfortable if I don't.
