I will try some of these suggestions. Do you think I could use those glasses that yellowify the computer light? :P
We don't have countryside here, but I should start riding my bike more. It's just it's SO DARNED hot during the day, and I can't at night. maybe I'll get my mom to go in the evenings with me.
Sleep with socks on?? My room can't be cooled down. it's always like, 87 degrees in there. :(
Oddly I usually adapt to just plain less sleep during the school year, and can get up at 6 even without an alarm. But then I can't do anything math related.

87 degrees in your room!?! Christ.......thats what my room is like when I get home from work. Theres no way I could sleep in that. Can't you get a window air conditioning unit? I have one and I set mine for like 64 degrees during the day and 72 at night. No wonder you're having trouble sleeping lol.

My parents won't get me one because I'm moving out soonish, and my room's too small to justify the power usage.
Yeah I hate it. Even with a fan on 24/7, and the window open at night (which makes it a lot worse during the day), I can't sleep with any form of blanket, and I usually go to bed with an ice pack on my wrists... >.> sh***y life. :(

Try exercising during the day enough so that you are really tired....I know the pain of being an insomniac....it stinks, but it's just really about getting enough energy out that you don't have enough to stay awake.

I'm in arizona, don't even try and define heat for me, it is a constant here.

Isn't Arizona's heat, a dry heat?

She lives in Turkey. I think it might be kinda hot there given it was like 120 degrees in Iraq today.

It's hotter in Arizona, but there is hardly ever any humidity. It feels much hotter in the southeast than the southwest due to humidity. I know, I've lived for several years in both places.

I can't sleep in that kind of heat, either.

I'd probably try aiming a fan at myself and sleep on the floor or something.

I concur with that statement. There's fewer places hotter than the Southeast during this time of year, because its so humid...Especially in Georgia.....

At the OP: Reading the previous posts mentioned, it's no wonder you can't get any sleep. Pretty sure it's nothing worth labeling other than some unfortunate circumstances...
