Instruments. Because I need to be sure it works properly and feels right I have to try every one in the store. :D

Music stores hate me though, I often go in, try everything and buy nothing. D:

I'm just like that. I usually try to buy a set of guitar strings or something every once in a while just so I am kind of a customer. I have so many extra sets of strings now. I often go to music stores with no intention of buying anything, though I usually don't play instruments that would be out of my price range... I never pick up the $1000+ guitar.

I do the same thing at the book store. I like to go just to look at all the books but it will take me about a month to decide to buy a book. I am still not sure how the bookstore organizes their books though... it is designed so you can't find specific books. The Dewey Decimal System at the library at least lets you actually find what you are looking for.

Shopping for beer at a microbrewery is great because they usually have all their selections on tap to sample.

I also like shopping for couches. It requires that you repeatedly flop yourself down on a fluffy couch. Not that I have ever actually purchased one...

Books as well, followed by fabric for making clothing.

We often do not get that option in the UK. Most beers are on cask, so if there isn't a demand for them to put a cask on, they won't.

Crafty Beer? can you explain that please..

It generally refers to beer made by a brewer that is small, independent, and traditional. This sums it up rather nicely and creates for the association a way to talk about what they're talking about.

So eclectic beers produced by small microbreweries with a superb taste. We have thousands of microbreweries here in the UK but a lot of their output is very similar to one another, so that's not the kind of stuff I'd want. I'm more into IPAs, imperial stouts/porters, old ales, saisons and so on.

Ok a microbrew, that I understand.

Depending on what kind you like, there is a wonderful micro-brew from Saskatchewan, Canada I used to drink when I couldn't get an import I liked.
It is called Blackcat a schwarzbier, dark beer, but it aint 'heavy' or meal replacement like.

Yes, I am a big fan of micro brewed beers. I have even been to Canada but didn't get so far west as Saskatchewan.

I quite like schwarzbiers when I have had them - they are sort of like light, fizzy versions of stouts in a way but more lager like. The most common one for me to try is the Super Bock Stout that is available whenever I holiday in mainland Portugal. There are a few schwarzbiers produced by microbreweries here in the UK but in the main I'd prefer a stout. Maybe even a coffee stout if I'm lucky?
