Both my parents' family have been Belgian for several generations, my father's line has the deepest Belgian roots but both also have determined Dutch roots.

It's interesting that both have branched out to Canada, with my father starting a new family with a Canadian and one of my grandmother's cousins moved to Canada where she has spawned 3 generations so far.

I'm 100% White / British / English

Sure there could be something if I traced back a few hundred years, but as of now there is no proof.

My fathers paternal side of the family is from Slovakia (2011 marks our immediate family's 100th year of living in America). His maternal side is from England and Wales.

My mothers paternal/namesake side is from Glasgow (immigrated around 1890), with some German and Norman French mixed in. Her maternal side is from England and Scotland, and suspected descendants- despite the popularity of the name Crawford- of Sir Reginald Crawford.

Well, both sides of my family have been in the US since before it was it's own country, my dads side is originally from England, my mom's is French/Cherokee (i think).

Mine is a bit odd. According to my mother I'm 3/4 German and 1/4 Mexican but the odd thing is that I did some research on my last name and the genealogy database I looked at indicated that my surname is Scottish(I have green eyes and freckles so I think there's a possibility that's true.) But if I dissect my last name etymologically, I find that it's Egyptian. It means "Son of Menes"(the first king of Egypt)

I'm half hippie, half Puritan and hence have a perpetual headache. The harder my arteries get, the more power the Puritan grabs and I don't want him to win.
