Is that the time travel or the banana?
Bananas; either open them from the non stem end or use a knife half way through the stem before pulling. Seperate the banans while still green and use the dark matter from the bag to hide the time machine.
Easy.

If it splits like that, it is probably not ripe enough. Some people think that any spots at all on the peel means that the banana is going rotten.

It is when the "sugar spots" appear (like freckles) that it will be at its best and sweetest, maybe even a little beyond that. The top will also snap open rather handily.

I don't like getting banana splits from Dairy Queen because the bananas are always pure yellow, and still too starchy and bitter for my taste.
