I have a bit of a hyperactivity problem. I am always up and bouncing at 6am and rarely I go to bed before 9pm. Last night it was 2am. :bounce: :sunny: :compress:

Not getting to sleep and not getting awake after seems to be one of my issues in life.

Ugh
I have problems going to bed at the right time. Right now I'm staying awake all night, going to college until 2 pm, then sleeping until around seven :!:. I just find it hard to sleep at the right time, and then it's 2 in the morning and I prefer to pull an all-nighter than sleeping three hours and having problems waking up next day. Gotta solve that SOON.

Hum... that may be an option, I used to go to the gym before, and that helped me spend energy. But where to find time, if in the afternoons I sleep! =O Talk about self-defeating cycles lol. Must definitely start again though, for health and discipline reasons too. Someday I'll beat my procastinating self!

Thanks btw, I got this username from an ooold program called Mork and Mindy, it was some sort of extraterrestial swear word and I liked the sound of it =P

I stay up late when I have a lot of work to finish. But when I do work, it's usually a mixture of goofing off and then actually working.

I often stay up really late even if I work in the morning. I have a 3 year old daughter who I focus on during the day (when Im not working, which I do part time) and when shes asleep its time to learn! I can't really sleep unless I've learned something or explored some idea that I have.

That's pretty awesome, actually. Ms. Mama.

My natural sleep pattern would be about 4-5am until noon. Now if I could just find a flexible job that would let me do it... I have to get up at 7am most days so I usually head to bed at midnight or 1 at the earliest. I just can't seem to fall asleep earlier unless I'm absolutely exhausted.

Usually my mind works best the later it gets. I can be almost useless the first couple of hours after I wake up. Sometimes, I'll force myself to exercise early and that helps. Back in school, we'd have 8 am exams and I'd just stay up all night and go in and take them- by afternoon I was ready to crash. I did surprisingly well- a whole lot better than I would have by crawling in half asleep. :)

I usually stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning and sleep until 12:30 or 1 in the afternoon.

I'm pretty much always up until 2AM or so....

I have classes a few days a week, but even then its not until 3PM so there's not really a need for me to get up early.

I should really stop doing this to myself.

Even when I have things to do the next day, I generally stay up past 2am. Insomnia.
