Usually about 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends. I don't like staying up late.

I go to bed sometime between 10-12, but I fall asleep around 1 am, sometimes later.

I'm more of a night time person so prefer to go to bed between 12-1 and like most people on this board actually fall asleep about an hour later, although sometime it drags on much later.

I have no regular time. My sleeping pattern goes in circles because the amount of time I spend awake plus the amount of time I spend sleeping is greater than 24 hours.

I'm like that if I am not careful. I need to force myself to maintain a 24 hour cycle.

I'm usually in bed some time between 11pm and 11.30pm. I might be a bit later on a Friday or Saturday, but usually no later than midnight. I need my sleep and, no matter how long I get and how undisturbed my sleep was, I seldom feel refreshed in the morning.

So we have to wonder wether it is part of our aspergers or just a habit we got into. I do get nights when I brain starts to give me hassle.

My medication is involved in a big chunk of my sleep habits.
