Twitter Over Facebook?

That's okay. How does it work? I've noticed some accounts are set up so that requests have to be accepted, but mine isn't, so I don't know what those people have to do in order to be able to accept requests.

I twit. I mostly take photos I like and share them - it's a lot ;ess social than Facebook to me - where people I used to know IRL add me. I find it hypocritical - this girl I went to school with 'friended' me on Facebook, but she only invited my mother to her wedding and skipped me.

Facebook just makes me feel exposed and spied on most days.

I deactivated my facebook a few months ago, and definitely prefer to use only twitter now.
I make alot of dirty jokes though. On FB people get upset and unfriend you. On twitter you get more followers cause of the same joke.

Twitter is like Facebook Minus, with the privacy controls disabled.

I don't care too much for facebook, but I'll take it over Twitter anyday. I think the only time a tweet anything if someone ask me to.

i mostly use Facebook. every once in a while i will log into my Twitter account but certainly not on a regular basis.

I often can't read someone's Twitter status on their WP profile. I get a message that says, "Error: It's not possible to reach RSS file..." I don't know why this happens or what makes a status update appear when it does. It seems to have nothing to do with whether or not someone has a Twitter account. When I get the error message, which is most of the time, I can't even see what someone's Twitter handle is. That's why I asked to see it in posts. Thanks to those of you who've posted. Next time I log into Twitter, I'll have to update my list of who I'm following. I haven't logged in for a couple of days, and I won't be able to next week, so I'd better do it this week, if possible.

I prefer Facebook because it's more than a status update site, like Twitter is. It's useful for more types of communication like messaging, group management, and establishing a more informative profile. So I'll have to say Nope.avi on that one.
