Too many things. Most notably, (the order is what I thought of first) :

Anime girls, preferably young or kawaii.
Good food from any country.
Hugs with girls (family, friends, complete strangers at animé convention, I don't care, it gives me a nice feeling...)
Music, a fresh night breeze during the summer.
A warm bed with my anime body pillow (Patchouli Knowledge's is my lover too)
Walking in the country listening to music.
Reading a good book in an attempt to sleep, but staying awake since it's a good one.
Cats. The only cute pets that will only disturb to get food.
Conversations when I succeed in making the other person participate in a discussion.
Surfing YouTube.
Writing to spend time, live for a moment in a virtual world and get the feeling I can produce something that people want to read.
My tsundere sister.

Eating vicariously through your posts? Sending you a nice, big bowl of dark chocolate ice cream for dessert. :)

Food's big on my love list, too, especially Mexican.
Plants, especially fruits and vegetables, orchids, palms, other exotics.
Cats
Geography
Foreign cultures
Poorly made old B movies
The Twilight Zone
MST3K
Astronomy, stargazing during the wee hours when all is quiet and it's just me and the stars above.
Fish, used to keep South American dwarf cichlids.
Beer, but only in moderation these days.
