I have a fear of Falling. It is not the same as a fear of heights because I'm not bothered by things like looking down from high places or ridding in car over high bridges. I get shaky when I climb ladders or stools or scaffolding. I don't have good balance but my fear of falling is more than that because I'm unconformable climbing on things with big surfaces that are easy to walk on like tables; I'm afraid I'll fall because it'll break or lose balance or something instead of worrying I'll slip on it. My way of dealing with it is to avoid climbing when possible. My dad works in construction thou & does projects around the house that he sometimes needs my help with so I sometimes have to face my fear :help:

Trypophobia?

Yeah, I think that's it.

Bring trapped- I hate lifts and the London Underground. Drowning/being trapped underwater is another big one. And i really can't stand milk- not sure if it counts as a phobia but I can't physically touch it/look at it without wanting to throw up and don't eat anything with milk in it.

I have ophidiophobia, which is the fear of a certain kind of reptile. I have gotten a bit better with it as I used to have a full-blown panic attack at the sight of one on television or in a picture (a lot of them could have been avoided, if a certain person would just change the channel when I asked them to  ). They still make me uncomfortable, but I don't have panic attacks anymore.

I'm not too fond of heights either. It's not the actual height that scares me, it's the chance that I might fall from the height that does.
