Syringes. The thought of something penetrating my body and either taking a sample or injecting something gives me the creeps. In fact, going to a doctor and having to have blood work done is enough to make me pass out.

I fainted in a movie theater when there was a close-up of someone having an injection.

Also, any kind of spiders onscreen--don't even have to be giant.

Deformed people, mostly found on the internet.

I don't watch many horror films. I'm more likely to dart out of the room when a sad bit is about to come on, because I cry at any little thing and feel too empathetic with the character's emotions, even though they're just acting.

Me too, sometimes I find horror films very sad and depressing rather than scary...

Gatherings with hundreds of people in buildings with no windows and unknown ventilation systems.

The thought of getting struck by lightning. It almost happened to me once, 20 years ago in the Spring when I was walking home from high school.

Horror movies that have a lot of blood and gore I can't handle those.
Being burnt I've seen survival stories of people can you imagine the pain and not being able to have a bath/shower also wearing a special body suit.
