Is that Nationa Lampoon's Big Book of True Facts? That is my favorite book EVER. It saved my life from post-partum depression. A couple of those were places I recognized. There was a sign on a hotel near UAB called the University Inn, "Welcome Infectious and Paralytics". The caption said, "And you've got the place all to yourselves."
