Lady Musgrave Island. It's on the same lattitude as Gladstone in QLD which is about 1200km north of me I guess.

Guayaqil (SP?), Ecuador, from Birmingham, Alabama. But we never went to the shore, so I still haven't seen the Pacific Ocean. :(

Berlin, Germany. I live in the Netherlands. While Germany is a neighbouring country, Berlin is in the east of Germany, so actually a bit closer to Poland than the Netherlands. It's a 6 hour trip.

It's not that impressive at all, I know.

I have a dream to go to Maho Beach and sit under the approach to Princess Juliana, though first I would have to overcome the phobia that outweighs my interest in aircraft, then to raise the fare to do so

I went by ship. It only takes three days to get there from Port Canaveral, Florida.

It was certainly less touristy than the other Caribbean islands I've been to. It was pretty nice, and we sailed on regatta racing boats. :)

Hmmm... from FL the farthest I've been is either Japan, New Zealand or Palau (Pacific Island near Philippines).
