Always sippin' on a brew of caffeine or hops.

Love the German beers on tap at some nicer restaurants in Australia.

I usually have a beer/cider or two most nights, anything lager or pilsner as they're low in bitterness. Faves include Kirin, James Boag's Pure, TsingTao, Heineken, Coopers 62, Big Helga's, Beez Kneez and Peroni.

I've been meaning to cut back in order to spare my waistline any more expansion.

I tried it few times, but no where near enough for me to have a buzz. I tried Guinness and other brands. I don't like the taste of beer. I can have ice wine. To me ice wine tastes like church wine :)

Is that the stuff that is overwhelmingly, ludicrously sweet?

I remember it. I had to wash it down with a bottle of very bitter iPA before I could even taste anything.

I hate beer and I hate wine. However, I like Scotch, Vodka, Whiskey, Rum, Jaeger, and my absolute favorite Absinthe.

Had a pint of what I think was called Rooster's Yankee on draft tonight. Yesterday's drafts I had were Rat Brewery's Drowned Rat and Saltaire's Triple Chocoholic, which you can never turn down.

I can in be the mood for owt really, except fizzy wee like Tyskie or Carling. I think my favourites tend to be dark, creamy drafts, be they milds, stouts, whatever. The world of beer has hardly been better though, and along with that, posh bars have never been able to make such big money out of ripping off chumps. It's a good life.
