Seriously though I did have a sleep paralysis once when I was young and I thought it was supernatural, lets jest say that with age and experience it would seem that I rushed to judgement with my initial analysis of the situation. I think its ok to believe in such things, but lets be real and not get too carried away about worrying about things which are impossible to verify.
