I have always abhorred and feared precisely those ventriloquists' dummies and old fashioned porcelain dolls. I have nothing against any kinds of paintings as such. Neither do I fear clowns.

+ Grasshoppers, especially the big green ones
+ Earthworms
+ Beetles lying on their back and wiggling their legs in the air
+ Mirrors in a dim room
+ Filthy places, either indoors or outdoors

2) Spiders
3) The dark
4) Abandoned/empty buildings at night

Anybody else think that very old-wheelchairs are really creepy looking? I suppose that's the case with most old medical-equipment in general.

Yes indeed. The wheelchair above looks hostile, doesn't it?

Just picture some old-hag sitting in a wheelchair similar to that back in the 1890s. :skull:

1. People without a face (like you see in some horror movies).
2. Mosquitos (yes, seriously..)
3. Spiders (but not alot, except for when they're huge)

I can't think of anything else at the time.

I got 5!

-Big spiders
-Guys who are unclear about their intentions or who first act as friends and then start kissing and touching you and all. It really gives me a creeped out feeling. Like brrrrrrr.
-A strong smell of aftershave on someone. Don't know why.
-The part underneath your tongue, bah can't look at it.
-Seeing surgeries happen on tv... your inside looks so ''vulnerable''.

1) Spiders, especially big ones

2) Empty buildings

3) The monster in Spirited Away.

4) I tried to find the painting that was in Jonathan Creek, but this is close enough, and I think by the same person. I think the one in the show is more nightmarish. Creepy!! !

Don't most people find those scary?

I find fires scary. Also bells on walls. They just freak me out.

phones/doorbells/knocking
disembodied facial hair*
strangers in my house (repairmen, etc.)
large bugs

*A group of actors comes here and acts out G. K. Chesterton stuff. They all play multiple characters and they use the restrooms nearest my office as a dressing room. One guy left a big, bristly mustache in a clear plastic box on the sink and I couldn't make myself use the bathroom with it in there. :? It looked like it was going to try to escape from the box and crawl around the room.

Oo! I just remembered something else that freaks me out..

Overly/Exaggerated religious people or whatever i should call it, the type that screams out loud, jumps all over the place and such. I think you'll understand what type i mean in the picture below:

Image

No wonder this Heavy Metal bands uses this on their album cover - It's nightmarish :S

I once was a witness to this sort of spiritual healing in a church once accidentally (since my aunt and i went there thinking it was just supposed to be a gospel concert - the type you see in the movie "Sister's act" we imagined) sadly our eyes and ears ended up being victimized by this mumbo jumbo - i wanted to crawl out of my own skin, that's how horrified it made me.
