Chinatown (the one that's in San Fransico), there is graffiti everywhere, rundown, etc.

Erm... parts of Blackburn and eastern Lancashire can be very grim. Many parts of Manchester can get very rough also.

Never been there, but I will have to say Vermont. It's in the middle of nowhere, and is inconsistent with my lifestyle.

The correct terminology for where I live is a s**thole.
