No. I might consider getting one when I'm old enough and can afford it.

I think it would be too much of a hassle owning a car.

Beginners permit at 18 never really drove till age 34. Drove 3000 miles , crashed one day having reckless fun on a dirt road. Not drove much since. Drove a short (distance 10 miles or so) about a month ago so I still remember the process fine. I
started to buy that car but decide not to.

i get too nervous while i'm driving especially on the bridge. plus, i sweat easily and the driving wheel gets all slippery. i would love to be able to drive to school but i'm too scared i'll get into an accident.

I'm 24 and a like to drive. The problem is that something in my head says that I will crash. I do make some mistakes and I had some small accidents, like spun on the ice one day and ended up in in ditch. I'm afraid I'm getting too confident with driving and I can get a bit careless. So I like driving but it might crash one day and my attitude may change:)

I drive but hadn't driven since two weeks ago when I was moving to Oregon. My car needs to be fixed because I need a new radiator and the frame is bent and I need a new bumper. I have a new radiator now but it still needs to be put in.

I got my license when I was almost 17. I'm 21 now. I will drive again once my car gets fixed and I need to get another license since I've changed states.

I learned on a stick and it was not a fun experience-a sibling was toying with me. Made me get in and drive across state both ways 12 hours! Then made sure I missed my court appearance by messing with the battery and stranding us. Beooooooootccccccc....nm...

have had automatic for past ....6-10 years...dunno why......the gods thought I was too upset over a friends death to drive 5 speed. Just bought son a 5 speed tho

I'm an avid driver (both personal and business)

The open road for me is a huge means for relaxation.

It just seems like a hassle, and even when my parents are driving I feel a bit overwhelmed... I'm sure I'd be okay, but I'm a bit nervous about it.

Got my license at age 16. The first time I went in for the test I failed the vision part and wasn't allowed to do the driving test till I got glasses. I took the driving test a couple months later and passed having learned in a stick shift. I'm 37 now and have been driving ever since except for refusing to drive in major metropolitan areas such as Phoenix, LA or Vegas. I even drove myself to the clinic 45 minutes away with two broken legs after crawling 1/4 mile to get to the car. Cell phone didn't get reception where I was so that was the only way to get help.

I like to drive in the countryside and wide open desert roads where there is scenery and no businesses to block the view.

No, and I don't plan to, it's a waste of money (insurance, car payment, getting it fixed and maintained) my feet get me around fine as does my bike, and if I need to go somewhere distant public transport, or I can get one of my relatives too take me.

I wish we had better public transport here, but I'm so remote that a car is the only way to get anywhere...
They are a pain in the wallet, that's true.
