Nice. Maybe this should be a post package tracking data thread. Careful though if you don't want people to know were you live.

I think Canada Post is hit or mis aswell, I have heard stories of packages techically leaveing the post office and others I sent can often appear to be lost alot so for that reason I can't put too much stock in the tracking service and all to often I am to thrifty to use the shipping methods that include a tracking number. I do watch the tracking number if its an item I can't wait to get although it was a bigger deal when I was younger.

Mine is supposed to get here today--it's out for delivery right now! Unfortunately, it's raining and I have to go somewhere later. I hope they either deliver it before I leave, or sometime after it has quit raining and the ground has dried up. If not, they'll probably leave it sitting out in the rain, as they have done before. And it's something that really shouldn't get wet.

I love to track my packages. It helps me know where they are so they can get here. Plus, it's interesting to know just how many places they go to before they get here.

My package arrived yesterday! It came while I was out, but the person who delivered it put it in a plastic bag so it wouldn't get wet. I'm glad they've started doing that.

That sucks. I guess its the busy time of the year, and they have a lot of packages to move. Some stuff has to wait for more time sensitive shipments to be delivered first.

I hate that SurePost too. There is always a delay when transferring it from UPS to the USPS. It just adds more time. I don't know why they do that. But if I don't have to pay for shipping, I'm not going to complain.

I had a package shipped by SurePost from Amazon a few weeks ago & it also came in a day after the date UPS said. Maybe with SurePost the date UPS says it'll be delivered is the date the local post office will get it instead of the date it's supposed to be delivered to you. Not paying for shipping is a big plus

No, I hate it. I obsess over it, constantly refreshing the page and getting annoyed at the delays and when it arrives on the other side of the country before it has left the previous location.

Oh, OnTrac. They are fast. Did you receive it yet? They always get my stuff from Reno to the Bay Area overnight. They should be ably to get yours from Reno to Spokane overnight too.

Yes, I got it around 4:00. Surprising, since the closest facility is apparently on the other side of the state in Seattle. I was a bit worried about it, as I've never used OnTrac before and there are a lot of negative comments about it on the web. The delivery guy was in a real rush. He said "here!", shoved the package into my hands, and ran back to the truck. I guess that's why they're fast. :)

Now I have another one to obsess over.

Another reason I hate tracking packages: It just said that my package was delivered. I looked around outside, checked my mailbox, looked in front of the neighbors' doors, and asked my landlord. Nothing. After ten minutes of panicking, the mailman rang my doorbell with the package. :x
