Now, some of you might be wondering what a "Monroe Magnum" is? The Monroe Effect is a real physical effect, used for shaped charges. An inverted metal cone is surrounded by plastic explosive. When the explosive goes off, the metal inverts and becomes, effectively, a supersonic needle of metal that can penetrate many materials. HEAT missiles use the same technology. A "Monroe Magnum" is basically a gun that uses bullets which are effectively shaped charges. Allow me to demonstrate.

Uses the Monroe Gunblade to blow atomic-psycho's head off. Messily.

Of course, this gun is fictitious, but I will be willing to use it. Any questions? No? Good!
