Let's try this again...computer is being a royal pain. The two easiest would be my son, Benjamin Edward; and my mother's father (my son's namesake). Gene Roddenberry for the obvious reasons. Elvis Presley and JD Sumner-again, quite obvious why. Pavarotti-self explanatory. My ancestor Sir Arthur Ingram, 3rd Viscount Irwin, and the man who once owned Temple Newsam in Leeds-I have some questions for him. J.R.R. Tolkien-I would have loved to see what his unfinished stories would have been like finished, and to learn all of the languages for the books directly from the master. Owen Hart-maybe things would have turned out better for his brother Bret "The Hitman" Hart if he was alive. Randy Savage-I grew up watching him and Hogan. Ronnie James Dio-hell of a rocker! Can't forget America's Clown Prince-Red Skelton. I think, being a veteran, that the biggest ones would be our founding fathers so they can see the state that the current regime has left our country in. Maybe they would give us all a kick in the butt, and help us start making changes so that we wouldn't have to face the things we face today. Finally, my dad's parents, so I can get to know them better. Grandpa ray would be 98 or 99 this year were he alive, and Grandma Cleo would be early to mid nineties.

I'll try to confine myself to those who died "too young". Otherwise, it will be an endless list.

Here are a few:

- John von Neumann (one can only wonder what he would have given the world if he had lived another decade)
- Michael Jackson
- Alan Turing
- Marie Curie (although she actually managed to live until the age of 66 despite significant radiation exposure)
- Edgar Allan Poe
