Don't much like strong blue cheese. Or any blue cheese, for that matter.

I don't really like soft cheeses, as well as yogurt. They make me nauseous. At least with peccorino romano I can forget that I'm eating rotten cow breast milk.

There is stuff called articifically flavored cheese food which is not really cheese but congealed vegetable oil with artificial flavors added, which is just horrible!

Blue and American are the worst.

I hate ricotta cheese & cottage cheese and any other of the slimy soft cheeses with the exception of cream cheese which is ok once in awhile.

I've already started a Church of Smoked Gruyère Cheese, which you are better than welcome to join. :jester: (And you are absolved, my child, for your public profession of a disdain for all things composed of fermented curds.)

I would have to agree with American cheese. I don't know what it is...it tastes fake and proccessed. I buy slices of provolone, or mozzarella, or sometimes montery jack for my sandwiches.

I don't like American (processed or not - though the white is ok, barely)

Head cheese is kind of gross. My mom slipped some to me.

Processed cheeses don't have much taste but they sure add a lot of
"flavor" to flatulence. 8O
I mentioned some cheeses that should be outlawed.

As for "head cheese" the less you know the better you sleep.

I'm not a great fan of Emmental (Swiss) cheese, I don't like the 'nutty' flavor. Head cheese is not cheese, it's just gross.

I like cottage cheese but I don't like it. I like it when I'm eating it, but if I'm not it's gross.

When mexican white cheese has a lot of salt, I hate it.
