Beer, yuck. Alcohol is yuck and I'm not allowed to drink it.

Poor you...

It's St. Patrick's Day, it's allowed. Besides it's about lunchtime for me, I've been awake since 1AM.

Blame the medication I take, no alcohol allowed. Plus, I'm 15.

I had a stout last night at my local on cask. Very nice it was too. Also had a much more well-known brand of stout, Guinness with cider. That didn't work quite as well as I thought it might do.

Apparently Guinness is the biggest-selling alcoholic drink on the island of Ireland of all time. And it's very popular in Nigeria, so I'm told. Now there's two interesting facts for you.

I don't like the smell of alcoholic drinks. Not the sort of thing I can say I like.

Happy St.Patricks day though!

I hate St. Patricks day
first of all the guy was welsh not irish secon his 2 major acheivments are
1)Bring catholisism to Ireland
2) Expeling snakes from Ireland

On Oint 1 the idea that one ijnsignifigant man could change the religion of a nation is laughable and seconly even if he did its hardly something to be proud of the Catholic Curch in Ireland held the contry back in the dark ages for years
on the 2 point as well as riding the contry of snakes he also manged to rid the country of an evidence of snakes ever existing in the country

and what I hate even more is the phony Irishness this day brings out a load of idiots dressing like leprecauns

Ah, the 'Plastic Paddy' brigade. You never hear of the 'Plastic English' brigade do you? Perhaps it's because it's cool to be Irish. Who knows?

I'm half-Irish, but I can't stand alcohol (the rest of my family, on the other hand...)

I don't like my family's raucous parties, but I do like soda bread.
