Actually I didn't restart a thread once it was locked, I accidentally made a copy of the thread about 2 mind after I made the first.

It would be some random insult or really stupid post out of nowhere in order to garner attention and cause you frustration. Think of it as pranking and baiting, being mishievous like ringing peoples door bells and running away and throwing rocks at a hornets nest.
