Do you have anywhere to go up north? It is winter so the further north you go the colder it's going to be. If you're sick it would probably be a better idea to seek some medical assistance. I don't want to be mean but how are you going to go to community college its not like you just show up and they give you loans and they certainly won't have a place for you to stay. So where would you live? Also you'd need books and supplies, where would you keep those?
It really sounds like a bad idea.
Also you mention something about mercury and lead in homeless shelters? It wouldn't make sense for homeless shelters to try to expose people to mercury or lead...so not really sure what you're getting at there or why you'd think that.

A year or so ago you were in Seattle seeking a way to get to California for a fresh start. Now you feel that moving North will somehow change your situation for the better again.
IMO, it doesn't matter which geographic location you move to. You're still going to have the same barriers & constraints to getting a college education. Constraint number one, IMO, is your health. You'd move ever closer to your goal if you stopped spending time and resources moving your body around and start spending every ounce of energy, time, money, and resources on improving your body & mind, instead. Then no matter where you are, you'll have set yourself up for success of whatever goal you wish to achieve.
