Only avocado. Very, very thin tomato on a BTA/BTC (bacon-tomato-avocado or bacon-tomato-Laughing Cow cheese, which is how I eat them because lettuce is disgusting) is tolerable as long as there is enough of the other ingredients to drown out the taste.

My favorite sandwich is roast beef, provolone, lettuce, cucombers, mayo and maybe a few sliced banana peppers
