I don't see what you were complaining about your weight for... the clothes here don't even get that small.

Over there, size 3 is about the equivilant of our size 6-8.

0 is a 2
2 is a 4
4 is a 6 in the uk.
I do not think being less than a size 8 is especially attractive or wise, when it is done via binging and starvation.
To maintain it, you have to spend the rest of you life in this pattern until it kills you.
Or you get so out of control you end up in hospital.
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.
Of course, it is always a tempation.. but I would never aim below a uk size 8.
I am an 8-10 right now which is a us 6-8.

When I went to Denmark the shirts and jackets were labeled 36, 38, 40 and whatnot. It confused me greatly.

36 can be a uk 10 or 12,
which is a US 8 or 10.
Most size 10s here are a 38 which is a usa 8.
Life isn't about size. Size wont bring you a happy, contented life nor lover.
Life is about living and experiencing.
You are far too far down this path and it frustrates me that you cannot see what a total waste of life it is.
You havent changed anything other than a number that no one but you cares about.

I told my therapist that I wasn't eating so she's sending me to a different doctor to get me on a medication.

But in the end it is your own mindset you have to change.
Nothing can make you eat but your own choice.
As long as you feel this size thing and being thin or looking like that Russian model are important, nothing much will help.
