winter it's a cosy time of year you can relax with your nightie and dressing gown on.
I hate summer even with the air con on you can't bear to sit too long near it.
but you can with the heater it's a lovely time of the year.

If it is going to be cold out I would rather have it snow because it just looks better. Unlike rain, you can brush it off.

Summer has the advantage in that I do not have to wear all that bulky clothing. Other people do not have to wear bulky clothes so it makes it "easy on the eyes"(LOL). And the trees are full of leaves and flowers are blooming it looks better than when everything is bare. I still have the old associations with summer vacation and no school.

While winter has it good points summer wins out

Winter, I HATE summer. Summers are the WORST time for me, the sun become EVIL, summers are the worst for my Psoriasis, I can sooo badly itch if I scratch too hard, I can make myself bleed, it can be sooo hard for me. When I was a child to my 20s, my Psoriasis was more worst. Winter is the best for my Psoriasis, but I can get ALOT of pain cuz of my joints & arthritis, I can’t win. I love wearing sweatshirts to bed & winter clothes. Winter can get me in a great mood.
I don't have arthritis or psoriasis, so I apologise if this feels like something minor by comparison, but I too tend to itch quite badly during the summer. I'm also quite susceptible to being sunburned. Where I am isn't the hottest place in the world, but it still makes me feel very uncomfortable too. Meanwhile I relish in the cold. Every time it's snowing outside I go out in my t-shirt, and I don't wear gloves or hats or anything like that. I love that stuff.

I like the winter better. I love it when it snows and I love Christmas. I do enjoy Canada Day and the Fourth of July. It's just that I like winter that little bit more.

Summer is safer, since you don't have to worry about wrecking your vehicle in snow or ice. Plus, you can cool off going swimming, but can't warm up doing outside winter activities.
