My Victorian sensibilities make me blush at the word “born.” :P

I believe in reincarnation, but not in the 'soul leaves the body and returns to a new, different body' type of way.

I think that when someone admires someone else, and emulated them, they are, in a way, reincarnated. The metaphysical concepts are reincarnated, as opposed to the psycho-social identity of someone.

Right then.
You are first on my list.

Anyone else?
Show your faces.
I dare you.

Looks like the "ribald joke" is off the menu.

BTW, this was/is a serious survey.
I haven't voted because I don't want to skew the statistics.

No idea dude I don't have that type of power , I only know when a post or thread gets reported.

Maybe I'm lying and I do know

The 'Report' button is close to the 'Quote' button of the next post (especially on mobile phone screens), so it is possible that the report was accidental.

Maybe there should be an “it depends” option. I voted “yes” assuming that I’ll be born into a decently average situation.

<calculating the possibility it could have been Saveferris>

Mental note: Add SaveFerris to "the list".

I'm on everyone's s**t list , I'm surprised I wasn't already on yours.

I'm guessing the reporter didn't think this thread was suited for GAD - that's my guess

Normally I add a "silly choice" option but I wanted to Keep It Simple.
No wriggle room.
I also deliberately disallowed the: "change your mind option".
And I didn't want to precisely define the context because I was interested in the mindset of any people replying.

I have been asking this question all my life and so far, not including the poll, only 2 people, including myself, answered in the "negatory", as Howard Wolowitz would say.

Yes, but not as a human. I'd like to be reborn as a seabird of some sort, probably one of the Procellariiformes; a wandering albatross perhaps.

Not likely - you need to confirm your intention to report after pushing the "report" button, as I recall.

It’s easy to also hit the “submit” button on the next screen instead of “cancel” when one is using a phone.

It happens sometimes.
