Probably doesn't exist, but a girl can dream... :D

Probably does, but the question is if you have the skills for it or not.

To get a full time job, or as close to it as possible
To go to a tennis tournament
Write a book
To someday get married

I don't know how many of these goals are attainable for me now, but I will keep working on them.

Travelling sounds like fun. Where do you plan to go?

To get my son back.
To change.
To do things gracefully.

I’d love to visit major European cities like Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Munich, Prague and Turin. I also want to visit places in the UK that I’ve never been to like the Lake District, the Scottish Highlands, Snowdonia and York.

Living on my own

I'd love to get a job I can support myself on, but that isn't likely at least unless my memory issues (caused by ECT, unsure if it's permanent) get better. Even getting to a point where I can live on my own is questionable, but that's what I have my mind set on right now. I get SSI, so I could at least pay my own way, hopefully.

I don't make goals for myself. If I'm happy / content from moment to moment, that's all that matters.

To address procrastination- so as not to continuously dwell on those puzzling issues of......what are your goals, objectives, etc. etc. etc!

ADDENDUM: :) From last post (ABOVE): Still addressing such a conundrum!

How many note their (sleep dreams) as one of several guides in setting goals?

Don’t remember dreams, ever.
“Out - zzz - wake up five and a half hours later” is all I know!

On the main topic I’ll put in a second vote for this option:

ADDENDUM on (sleep) dreams: It might be possible to experience dreams which might be helpful towards setting goals by actively evaluating thoughtful resources...................on setting goals - Example: The 'S.M.A.R.T. Method' (LINK).

what works for me [YMMV] is pre-sleep auto-suggestion as i am falling asleep, i tell myself that i will recall my dreams in the morning, then as soon as i am aware that i'm not quite asleep but am dreaming, i will note that, and when more fully awake will replay my dreams repeatedly until they stick in my head. then i write them down without exception. i've logged hundreds of dreams this way.

I have no goals or direction in life and just live each day as it comes.
It is better to go with the flow and not set myself up for failure.
