Fast food! Before the pandemic my bride was a busy gal so often I was on my own for lunch. There are a number of local fast-food emporiums I used to frequent; I hope most of them are still there after the pandemic. Oh, I guess there are a few nice restaurants I should take my bride to, as well.
I'm a very picky eater(thou I'll eat a lot more variety than I used to, I'm still very picky thou) & I love fast-food type stuff. We get it sometimes when a member of my girlfriend's family comes by but we just get it to go & bring it back home. We don't drive so the only other way we could get it is if we take the bus to places. Cass has been afraid to take bus rides since the pandemic started cuz of the requirements like wearing a mask, the buses having a limit to how many people can be on at a time, & the drivers can throw anybody off the bus if the driver thinks the person is showing symptoms. Cass has bad acid reflux, asthma, & allergies which can cause her to cough. Having to wear a mask & worrying about the driver throwing her off causes anxiety which is more likely to make her cough. She can not take buses anymore so she has to rely on her family to take her anywhere & they don't live that close. We moved shortly before sh!t got crazy & there were various places around our new area she was wanting to go to but by the time she got settled in enough, the virus happened & the places started having requirements like wearing masks & some places only let people stay in for half an hour. She liked going to libraries & bookstores because she liked browsing through the various books & being able to read & write in a different environment than at home but that is not possible for her due to Covid restrictions. What's really funny is when a health professional recommends that she goes out & does stuff cuz it would improve her mental health. All the Covid requirements majorly increases her anxiety when she goes out which would make her mental health a lot worse. Health professionals sure lack common sense sometimes despite all their learning. We are a lot more limited with going out than we used to be. I've always been a homebody & never liked going places to see stuff & have fun but I do like eating out & going to some shops. I haven't seen my parents in a couple years. I wasn't able to travel down & visit them last year due to various bad life stuff going on with Cass & I wasn't able to travel this year partly cuz of Covid. My parents would of came up here & visited us but Covid made them not want to travel.

I'll find myself a job. I won't be so afraid to work around people after Corona is over.
I really need to get a job as well. We have a lot of debt & there's various things we could really use that we've been putting off getting. For example I really need a desktop computer & my current one is still using Windows 7. I'm not really sure how to go about getting a job where I'll still be able to keep my benefits like Social Security Disability, Medicare, & Medicaid. Vermont has a higher minimum wage than the federal & the 3 jobs I had all required me to work at least 30 hours a week. The only jobs I can do are unskilled manual labor stuff & it also has to be stuff that does not require good fine motor-skills or very hard physical labor. There was various bad stuff going on last year & we were also trying to move for a year which kind of prevented me from looking for a job. After we moved it took us a while to get settled in & then Covid happened. I'm not afraid of catching the virus & I would not be anymore afraid of people than I was when I was working like 12 years ago. I have not been searching for a job cuz I am sure I would of had a much better chance of getting a job before the pandemic started & my chance would of been very slim before.
