If you have a PS2...

Amplitude
Frequency (Its predecessor)

Two notoriously addictive rhythm games - the only games you'll ever need!

Thanks for the recommendations. I only have a PC btw. Right now I am dling command and conquer 3 tiberium wars. Any else played it? I liked C&C generals a lot. I have Civilization too. Great game, but I'm sick of it. I get sick of games quick.

I haven't played many PC games. However, here are some games I can recommend (some are ports)

Warcraft III: The Reign of Chaos (plus the Frozen Throne expansion pack)

Worms: World Party

F.E.A.R

Legacy of Kain: Defiance (port)

I liked FEAR. I keep hearing good things about Warcraft 3, though I'm usually not into those "magic" type games. I prefer more realistic stuff.

It's an RTS, not a RPG.

Make sure you have all the classics first.

Starcraft and Ex Pack
System Shock
System Shock 2
Fallout
Fallout 2
Diablo
Diablo 2 and Ex Pack
DOOM
Quake

Should be able to find them all real easy.

Fallout 2 was great. just uninstalled it a couple weeks ago, after playing it for a while. ive tried to get system shock to work, but it wont on my system.

I just got Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, which seems to be pretty good so far.

If you can.. give "OverLord" a try.

It's an RPG type game but it's set off by the fact you're playing an evil overlord who commands a small amount of goblin minions. These minions are hilarious. Anything they break or find they can pick up and use. So you'll often have a group of them wearing pumpkins or chef hats carrying around claws or loaves of bread. :)

I already tried it. I liked it for a couple days. But it got repetitive real quick.

hm, how about GTA? A friend loved it, he never did a single mission! It's as open end as you want.
