My homemade chocolate or Häagen-Dazs’ coffee. I like chocolate sodas and banana splits, too. I love ice cream.

I'm really into Ben and Jerrys Almond milk(non-dairy) ice cream, as it doesn't give me a stomach-ache.

This past summer I had some "superhero" flavored ice cream. It's this fruity flavored mixture of ice cream that's red, blue and yellow like Superman's costume. Of course they called it "superhero" so they wouldn't get sued.

It was decent, but I like chocolatey flavors better. And cotton candy ice cream. I guess I'm like a big kid when it comes to ice cream flavors, supposedly people my age only like vanilla with nothing on it.

Well those people are boring so you're better off not being like them

When I was younger I read a Peanuts comic where a new girl was in class with Linus, and she drove him crazy because even though Linus was only two months older than she was, she treated him as if he were an old man. In one
comic they're ordering ice cream, and the girl asks for mint chocolate chip. Linus says "I'll have the same." and the girl says "You like mint chocolate chip too? I'm surprised... I thought old people only liked vanilla." And then Linus, in true and hilarious Peanuts tradition, yells "AUUUGH!" while falling flat on his back.

But if you really do like vanilla best, that's okay. I'm sorry for sounding like a smart alec for saying it was boring earlier.

Yes, I agree. I mean, it is boring, but it's okay to like boring things.

The best I've ever had is from Farr Better Ice Cream in Ogden, Utah. Absent of any add ins, I have not found anything that measures up.

When I was little the best ice cream I had was Italian gelato, in Italy. It's prepared fresh and only sold in the summertime. You can get it in the US too but I don't think it's the same. My favorite combination was peach and chocolate. I prided myself on being able to consume a cone without the ice cream melting all over my hand.

What can be absolutely delicious is a tart lime sherbet with strawberries with lots of strawberry flavor mixed in.

If the lime sherbet is not very tart, then it is blah. If the strawberries don't have a whole lot of flavor, it is blah. It is hard to get it right, but if you do, you can't beat it.
